The Columbia-Greene Drinking Driver Program serves individuals who have been convicted of DWAI or DWI and who are deemed eligible for participation by the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles. The program is conducted locally and operates under the auspices of the New York State DMV and the Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS). The Drinking Driver Program is structured as a seven-week course and is offered repeatedly throughout the calendar year, allowing eligible participants to enroll at various points as sessions become available.
