Our Services at a Glance

ACCA provides a range of services across our regional service areas to support individuals at different stages of treatment, recovery, and prevention. Additional details about each service are available by visiting the individual program pages found here [link to Services & Programs page].

Outpatient Services

ACCA provides a full continuum of outpatient care through licensed, medically supervised clinics. Services include alcohol and drug assessments, individual counseling, intensive outpatient programming, evening outpatient groups, psycho-educational services, co-dependency assessment and treatment, information and referral, and access to a 24-hour crisis hotline. Care is delivered in a variety of settings, including clinic-based services, telehealth, community-based outreach, and within county correctional facilities.

Residential Services

Residential programs provide in-house treatment and safe, supportive housing for men, women, and women with children. These services support individuals from the earliest stages of recovery through preparation for a successful return to work, school, and family life. Priority placement is available for pregnant women, individuals who use intravenous drugs, and parents who have lost or are at risk of losing custody of their children due to substance use.

Prevention Services

ACCA’s prevention services offer school- and community-based education designed to reduce underage drinking, drug use, and other risky behaviors. Programs engage children, youth, adults, parents, school staff, and community members through evidence-based education, early intervention, and activities that strengthen protective factors across all ages.

Impaired Driver Program

The Columbia-Greene Drinking Driver Program serves individuals convicted of DWAI or DWI who are deemed eligible by the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles. Conducted locally under the auspices of the New York State DMV and the Office of Addiction Services and Supports, this seven-week program is offered multiple times throughout the calendar year.

Mobile Outreach

Mobile outreach and community-based services extend care beyond traditional clinic settings. Services may include telemedicine, off-site treatment, transportation support, same-day access, individual and family counseling, peer recovery supports, health screening and assessment, treatment planning, outreach and education, and referrals. Mobile counseling and telehealth services are available throughout ACCA’s serviced regions, including Warren and Washington Counties.
